What do all successful leaders have in common?

Curiosity — always wanting to learn more. 

This was made even more clear to me at the Fortune Most Powerful Women Summit.

I was surrounded by women who are in the top ranks across various industries, and all still eager to learn.

These leaders drive innovation, attract top talent, and motivate teams, but never stop asking, "What’s next?"

In order to accelerate business goals you have to bring innovative solutions to existing, new and emerging markets.

The rapid pace of change in the world and the marketplace means that we must regularly reevaluate our strategies, asking ourselves if there’s new technology or a different structure that could work better.

And amidst it all, we also know the importance of self-care.

Our mental, physical, and emotional well-being is key to staying resilient and thriving as leaders.

Stay curious, take care of yourself, and never forget to learn while you lead.
